Terms & Conditions

1. Introductory provisions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the digital service CoTA (the “Service”), operated by BALGORIT s.r.o..
By registering, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, the user (“User”, “you”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.

The Service operates online through the ChatGPT (OpenAI) platform and is accessible via a web interface managed by the Provider.

2. Nature of the service

The CoTA Service provides users access to a model that performs technical analysis of cryptocurrencies, using data retrieved via server APIs (referred to as actions), and generates analytical outputs using the ChatGPT model.

The Service has a purely informational and analytical purpose.
It does not provide investment advice or recommendations for buying, selling, or holding cryptocurrencies.
All outputs are for educational and analytical purposes only. The User acts entirely at their own risk.

3. Registration and access

To use the Service, the User must register via:

  • Google account,

  • Facebook account, or

  • e-mail address.

Registration is necessary for user verification and to check subscription status.
Upon registration, the system determines the subscription type assigned to the account (false, free, short, mid, long).

The Service is available to users in the European Union and the United States, and is governed by EU law.

4. Subscription types and prices

Full

  • Price: 0 EUR

  • Duration: 10 years

  • Features: analysis of one cryptocurrency pair from over 3,000 pairs available on Binance

  • Timeframes: 1s, 1m, 3m, 5m, 15m, 30m, 1h, 2h, 4h, 6h, 8h, 12h, 1d, 3d, 1w, 1month

5. Donates

CoTA may allow users to make voluntary donations to support the development, maintenance and improvement of the platform.

All donations are made voluntarily and are not required to access the basic information available on the website, unless stated otherwise. A donation does not represent a purchase of a product, subscription, investment service, financial advice, ownership share, partnership right or any guaranteed benefit.

Donations help us improve CoTA, maintain technical infrastructure, develop new features, enhance AI-powered crypto technical analysis and continue building tools for traders who value structured, objective and data-driven market insights.

By making a donation, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information you provide is accurate. Donations are processed through third-party payment providers, and CoTA is not responsible for errors, delays or issues caused by these external providers.

Unless required by applicable law, donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made by mistake or there was a payment issue, please contact us at info@cota.guru.

6. Service functionality

After logging in, the Service operates as follows:

  1. The system verifies the subscription status;

  2. The User specifies the cryptocurrency pair and desired timeframes;

  3. This data is sent to the Provider’s server;

  4. The server returns the corresponding technical analysis data;

  5. The ChatGPT model processes the data and generates the analytical output.

The Service operates fully automatically.
The Provider is not liable for technical failures, system outages, missing data, or calculation errors resulting from ChatGPT, external APIs, or data providers.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The CoTA Service:

  • does not provide investment advice or financial consultancy,

  • does not perform cryptocurrency transactions,

  • does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or profitability of any analysis.

Users acknowledge that all actions based on CoTA outputs are taken at their own risk.
The Provider shall not be held liable for any financial losses resulting from the use or misinterpretation of the Service’s outputs.

8. User rights and obligations

The User agrees to:

  • use the Service solely for lawful purposes,

  • not share account access with third parties,

  • not interfere with the system or its operation,

  • not use the Service outputs to spread misleading or false information.

The Provider reserves the right to:

  • temporarily or permanently suspend users violating these Terms,

  • modify Service functionality, pricing, or features without prior notice.

9. Intellectual property

All textual, graphical, and analytical outputs of the CoTA Service are protected by copyright.
Users may use the outputs for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written consent from the Provider is prohibited.

10. Privacy and data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the Provider’s Privacy Policy, available on the official website.

11. Changes to the terms

The Provider reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
The latest version will always be available on the Service’s website.
Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Slovak Republic.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved before the competent courts of the Slovak Republic.
